Through Darden Quality of Works, potential agents are in control, deciding which company is most appropriate for their particular lifestyle. Following the decision of which company, the potential agent wishes to provide service for, the potential agent determines which time frame would be most convenient for attending certification. Exactly what is certification? All potential agents must undergo, complete and pass the certification process. During certification, the potential agent will receive an overview of a client's operational process. In addition, the agent will receive a brief explanation of the jargon used in the company and the setting up of passwords, etc. Since we deal with a variety of Fortune 500 companies, this is an essential part of the process. Every organization operates differently and has its own method of handling customer relations. At the scheduled time selected by you, the certification process will take place online in the comfort of your home. In this course, instructor-led instruction is combined with module-based learning. Potential agents are highly encouraged to participate in the certification process. This is a very beneficial experience for them. Generally, it takes between three and four weeks to complete the process, and there is no compensation involved. The agent can begin taking phone calls in the comfort of their own home once they have successfully completed and passed the certification process.

Becoming an Agent

The process of becoming an agent has now been completed and you have begun earning revenue. In order to meet the requirements of our clients, our agents must work a minimum of 15 hours per week. You have the potential to earn more hours, this is based on a metric system. The more efficient you are on calls, the more hours you are allowed to choose from. Depending on the demand of the client, some companies' call volumes may be higher or lower. Therefore, it is essential that you carefully review the opportunity announcement before selecting a client. However, as stated previously, you, the agent, will be responsible for selecting the hours you wish to work, hours that will be convenient for your family and you.

Agents are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit, and are provided with a calendar showing the exact dates that all funds will be deposited into your account.
